Private Sessions

I understand our lives are busy so that's why I offer teaching in the comfort of your own home. What a perfect start to your Hypnobirthing Journey in a relaxed and familiar environment. I live in the Glasgow area but willing to travel within a 20mile radius.

I offer a range of packages to suit your individual needs and can be tailored if you have any special requirements. Ideally, I recommend that you start the course from 30-32 weeks gestation in order to maximise the course benefits, giving you time to practice the techniques taught.

I also offer a follow up telephone support service once you have completed your course in case  you find you have any further concerns regarding your birth journey or if you need a gentle refresher/encouragement before your journey begins.
